**The Role**:
**Clozapine and Physical Health Coordinator (RPN4) - Fixed term - 64 hours per f/n**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic senior nurse, to join the team at Northern Health. Hotham Street Community Team is now seeking expressions of interest for all who would like to progress their career as a Senior Nurse and become a pivotal part in the future of Mental Health.

**To be successful in this role you will have the ability to**:

- Support the community team and wider services in the use and adherence of protocols related to Clozapine treatment.
- A strong knowledge of and ability to provide training in physical health-based approaches in mental health
- Provide professional supervision and line management to clinicians within Hotham St and the AMHS

**About you**:

- Experienced in the use of evidence-based approaches in the management of physical health in mental health settings
- A team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of the protocols related to clozapine treatment
- Capacity to develop effective working relationships, collaborations and partnerships with a range of services within the broader community service system including primary care, AOD agencies, employment and housing services, MHCSS and other relevant agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and for team members.
- A current Victorian Driver’s License, and ongoing ability to use this form of transport.
