**The role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a **Performance Measurement Systems Coordinator** to join Northern Health. Working with the Director of Performance Measurement and Risk and the Audit and Performance Manager, this role will provide a range of support for the department of Performance Measurement and Risk. This department manages a range of performance measurement systems such as mortality outcomes, quality indicators and audits. It also manages the organisational risk register.

The major responsibilities of this role will be, but not limited to:

- Providing administrative support to the clinical audits program including facilitating clinicians in accessing their audit results and assisting in the updating of clinical audits.
- Providing administrative support to assist in the maintenance and update of the organisational risk register.
- Providing administrative support for the Clinical Variation Oversight and Advisory Committee and Mortality Oversight and Advisory Committee including taking minutes, maintaining and updating the agenda and collating papers.

This role requires someone with administrative experience, an eye for detail, great communication skills, the ability to work independently and who is a quick learner. It is a great opportunity to gain insight and expertise in the fields of risk management and clinical performance measurement in a growing health service. It offers variety and challenge and interfaces with clinicians and a variety of other roles integral to the provision of high-quality healthcare.
