**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for multiple Client Service Consultants to join our community minded WFI team on a max term contract basis. You’ll work with new and existing clients and assist them with their insurance needs.

You’ll have a customer first approach and can build on our goal of being ‘great people to know’.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and good attention to detail
- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)
- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
