Guildford, Australia CJD Equipment Full time

CJD Equipment - Guildford are seeking qualified mechanics to join our crew of **Field Service Technicians**

You will be based from our Guildford workshop and required to work in various locations throughout the metro and some regional areas. This role is busy, however, if you are up to the challenge, it will provide you with the opportunity to build and develop your skills and knowledge whilst being supported by a large service department.

You will work on world-class products such as **Volvo CE** and **SDLG** Wheel Loaders receiving the latest and most up-to-date training and product support on all our equipment.

An appropriate trade qualification is a must. _Volvo Construction Equipment experience would be an advantage but not strictly necessary_.

**Other skills required**
- Construction equipment technical knowledge, with the ability to carry out on-site servicing and repairs in the field
- Carry out diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures relating to mechanical failures in a professional and timely manner
- HV truck and forklift licence _(or ability to obtain)_
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to communicate with customers respectfully and honestly
- Ability to write reports and keep daily records from the field
- Above average use with computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogs
- Availability after hours and some weekends (when and if required - penalty rates apply)
- Well-organised and self-motivated
- A commitment to abide by all company and client HSE policies & procedures.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
