**The Role**
The Enterprise Risk and Forecasting Manager is responsible for the characterisation, forecasting and management of Triton Sustainment Management Unit (TSMU) and Enterprise Risks. This position supports the Team Lead by focusing upon Risks, Issues and Opportunities-RIO identified across the Enterprise related to services by Northrop Grumman Australia (NGA), Cooperative Program delivered support or governed by TSMU to provide ‘justified confidence’ of contractor performance.

It will also support Performance Reporting through conducting activities to assure Capability performance outcomes are met/exceeded and perform Root Cause Analysis of deficiencies identified by other TSMU Governance/ Assurance roles.

Your efforts will enhance Triton capability performance and aid strategic decision-making. Other responsibilities include:

- Promote a team and stakeholder environment that embraces positive enterprise behaviour, transparency and collaboration.
- Data entry of RIO into various systems, such as PREDICT
- Maintain/improve the TSMU website, and participate in the SharePoint Community of Practice.
- Facilitate TSMU risk management meetings.

**About our Team**
Surveillance and Response Systems Program Office (SRSPO) ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) - including the P-8A Poseidon. SRSPO also acquires and supports common Aeronautical Life Support Equipment (ALSE) used on air vehicles operated by the RAAF, Navy and Army. We also support the MQ-4C Triton, a new remotely piloted high altitude long endurance aircraft system.
