**Your Graduate Journey**:
Our Graduate Program offers a rare opportunity to work within both ‘client facing’ and ‘technical’ roles, with major clients and institutions in leading industries, offering unique opportunities for top graduates who want to be involved in a ‘fast moving’ exciting industry - yes, you will be able to _make a difference._ Our extensive program will put you through your paces working across a variety of departments within the Winson Group organization so that you obtain an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of our business’ core.

This is an elite Graduate program, looking to nurture high performers who will become our future leaders. The graduates that flourish in our program are self-starters, agile and take opportunities as they arise. This is your opportunity to work with, learn from and be mentored by some of the brightest minds in the industry

**About the Program**:

- A 2 year immersive, rotational program with experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business;
- Provides Learning and Development opportunities through multi-modal in-house training, whether online self-learning platforms, graduate conferences, departmental lunch & learns, or specialized group learning, and through coaching and mentoring opportunities.

**About You**:
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, persistent, competitive, and passionate people. We’re not fussy on your major, so long as you have a recent undergraduate degree in Business or a related field. It’s also key that you:

- Have strong communication skills and are naturally collaborative & curious;
- You will enjoy building strong customer relationships;
- Have prior work or project experience, ideally in customer service;
- Have a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic;
- Are self-motivated and eager to learn;
- With excellent analytical and problem solving capability.
