Working with marketing colleagues, this role shapes and implements ANZ Institutional product marketing programs for Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Environmental Sustainability to deepen our reputation as the #1 bank for trade and capital flows and strengthen our position as a leading Sustainable Finance bank in the region.

With superior commercial marketing and stakeholder skills, you’ll authentically engage the right customers with tailored, targeted initiatives, and uplift marketing’s credibility and contribution as a growth enabler and trusted strategic partner of the Institutional business. Gains are measured in improved brand reputation, deeper customer relationships, and enhanced revenue growth.

**Accountabilities**:

- Role model ANZ’s values and, as a senior marketing leader, contribute to our positive culture
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plans for agreed areas across Corporate Finance (including Resources, Energy and Infrastructure and Sustainable Finance) and Capital Markets
- Derive actionable, data-led insights to engage the right customers and optimise performance
- Contribute to coherent customer-centric marketing plans across geographies, sectors and products. Maximise campaign consistency, longevity and cross-sell
- Measure, optimise in real time, and evaluate for future learnings
- Provide solid guardrails and ensure compliance for well-managed non-financial risk
- Grow our product marketing maturity, enhancing capability and client experience

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring;
- financial services marketing experience, specifically in Corporate Finance, Environmental Sustainability, Markets
- track record of defining and delivering marketing programs that directly enable business objectives and deliver profitable growth
- superior relationship and stakeholder influencing skills
- innovative B2B marketing delivery through relationship managers, events and digital channels
- partner management including media and creative agency processes
- significant B2B sponsorships and partnerships experience
- commerciality and customer centricity in complex multi-faceted, service-led organisations
- managing and prioritising multiple projects to a high standard

‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills and experiences
- good commercial understanding of Corporate Finance, Environmental Sustainability, Capital Markets
- Institutional banking experience
- knowledge of Australian and International Institutional landscapes
- growing B2B marketing capability in others
- extensive B2B marketing experience
