Family owned and operated, this role is based in Charlestown and offers excellent benefits. We are offering the role on part-time basis of 30.4 hours per week. However, we would consider applicants seeking full-time employment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of the Finance & Administration function, you will join a motivated team. You will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute and support the existing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of your AR portfolio with a solutions-focused approach, resolving issues efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and fostering trust.
- Proactively contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve payment discrepancies, keeping detailed records.
- Complete month-end through balancing Accounts Receivable ledger and adhering to month end timelines.
- Independently navigate tasks with mínimal formal documentation, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Build rapport with clients and team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 18 months experience in an Accounts Receivable role or Finance role encompassing Account Receivable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with mínimal formal documentation, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
