**About the role**:
We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to focus on rolling out our product in various healthcare organisations from hospitals to small GP practices.

This role is responsible for onboarding and training new clients on our platform. Responsibilities include installing core products, configuring client specific product options, and training new clients remotely and/or onsite

The Customer Success Manager will also assist clients in identifying use cases where the solution creates efficiencies - ultimately driving outcomes and ROI for the client.

From time to time, you will go to onsite clinics to meet with our high-value GP’s/specialists to build relationships, attend GP/Specialist events and convert key accounts from pilots into sales.

**What You’ll need to be successful**:

- Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
- Experience with GP Practices and Specialist Practices highly regarded
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Superior organizational skills - demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining clear attention to detail
- Exceptional customer relationship skills - proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
- You are ambitious and eager to grow alongside an exciting start-up as we scale our customer operations
- A passion for talking to and helping customers all day, every day, you're empathetic and seek to understand where customers are coming from
