It’s an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. - Help clubs develop strategic marketing plans and leverage digital platforms to strengthen connections with existing and potential consumers
- Partner with the NSW Coach Relationship team to cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative ties between clubs and coaches
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to evoke the cooperation of stakeholders across a wide range of organisations including volunteers, coaches, associations and Local Government Agencies
- Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive behaviour of stakeholders towards a common goal
- A solid understanding of sports administration, ideally gained through volunteer experience in community sport at the club or association level
- Understanding of the tennis environment and the various stakeholders it engages
- A current driver’s licence
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
What’s in it for you?
- Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities
- Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Thrive program
- Tickets to the Australian Open
- Onsite gym & tennis facilities
- Flexible working practices & free car parking
