**Remuneration details below**:
This position is covered by The RACGP Enterprise Agreement 2022*. The position is remunerated at $112, 349 plus superannuation.
- James Cook University (JCU) Employees: If you are transferring from JCU to a role that is substantially the same as your JCU role, you would continue to receive your current JCU terms and entitlements (including salary). RACGP plans to request Fair Work Commission approval to ‘switch off' the JCU Enterprise Agreement for RACGP employees. If approved, employment terms and entitlements will align with the RACGP Enterprise Agreement. Prospective employees from JCU will be asked if they support this change during the offer stage and more information will be provided.

About the RACGP
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported the backbone of Australia’s health system by setting the standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all Australians.

We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. We train GPs to deliver quality, whole-person care to patients across Australia, support their ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.

About you
As our Regional Campaign Lead, you will demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a sense of initiative, creativity, and drive. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
highly developed communications skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills and events or project management experience.
experience in delivering AGPT marketing activities
the ability to manage competing demands, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
excellent attention to detail.
About the opportunity
have experience in developing and nurturing leads and fostering relationships of regional stakeholders and applicants
plan, implement and review all GP training marketing and engagement activities for the region ensuring they align with national campaigns and budgets
manage and attend regional GP training promotional events including webinars
participate, and provide support to key RACGP staff on presentation and speaking needs as required
collaborate with the marketing & commercial team to manage marketing merchandise and collateral within budget.
