Designed with materials inspired by the unique stories of the city, guests will enjoy luxury accommodation, signature dining experiences, holistic wellness spaces and an iconic infinity pool, as well as world-class meeting and event facilities and services.

The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is looking for an **F&B attendant/Section Waiter **to join the **Signature Restaurant** team on a **Full-Time/Part-Time** basis.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Our **F&B attendant/Section Waiter** has:

- A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred
- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.
- Excellent service skills
- Be a dedicated team player.
- Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and all hotel areas
- Have an in-depth knowledge of menu and restaurant offering
- Eager to Learn
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Help in opening and closure procedure
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
