**About the Role**:
Step into the role of Technical Writer with our esteemed Telecom client. You’ll spearhead the creation and oversight of technical documentation and knowledge resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality technical documentation in various formats, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain document production, publication, and management standards.
- Utilize project management methodologies such as AGILE and waterfall to coordinate documentation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Manage content in knowledge bases, including workflow management and search engine optimization.
- Incorporate graphics, diagrams, and illustrations into documentation using tools like Visio, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Drive knowledge transfer and microlearning initiatives through engaging content creation.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications or certification in a related field (e.g., Knowledge Management, Communications, Business).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical environment, preferably in Telecommunications.
- Proven technical writing experience (minimum 5 years) with expertise in producing technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies.
- Ability to read and write technical documents and explain complex ideas in user-friendly language.
- Proficiency in producing content in various formats and media, including HTML, PDF, and Help files.
- Experience managing content in knowledge bases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with knowledge and content management systems such as Panviva, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for microlearning and knowledge transfer initiatives.
