**Aged Care Nurses**

We are seeking compassionate Aged Care Nurses to provide dedicated nursing care to elderly patients. Responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Experience in geriatrics or long-term care is highly valued.

**Aged or Disabled Care Worker**

Join our team as an Aged or Disabled Care Worker, assisting elderly or disabled individuals with daily living activities and personal care. This role requires empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in your care.

**Personal Carer**

**Geriatricians**

Seeking Geriatricians to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and conditions associated with aging. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and improve patient outcomes. Board certification in geriatrics is required.

**Physical Therapists**

We require Physical Therapists to assist elderly patients in improving mobility, strength, and coordination. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, guiding exercises, and evaluating progress. Experience with geriatric populations is preferred.

**Occupational Therapists**

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, helping elderly clients perform everyday activities with greater ease and independence. This role focuses on adapting environments, modifying tasks, and using therapeutic techniques to enhance living quality.

**Social Workers**

We are looking for Social Workers specialized in geriatric care to support elderly individuals and their families. Duties include assessing client needs, providing counselling, and coordinating with other services to assist with social, emotional, and health-related challenges.

**Dietitians**

Seeking Dietitians to create nutrition plans that cater to the specific needs of elderly clients. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, developing personalized diets, and providing nutritional education to patients and caregivers.

**Speech-Language Pathologists**

We require Speech-Language Pathologists to assess and treat elderly patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing therapy plans, implementing treatment, and monitoring progress.

**Mental Health Professionals**

We are seeking Mental Health Professionals to address the psychological and emotional needs of the elderly. This role involves assessment, therapy, and support for mental health conditions, often in collaboration with a healthcare team.

**Case Managers / Care Coordinators**
