This is an Australian-owned Fashion Retailer with multiple brands under their banner and they are in growth mode. With multiple store opening nationally over the past year, this new brand is been well received across Australia and is set to open at the Canberra Outlet Centre in the coming months

- Base salary discussion from $57K + Super + Bonus
- Clothing allowance And product discounts across the ranges

**_What you need to be successful:_**
- Outstanding customer service, with an engaging and warm personality
- Solid understand KPI's & sales budgets/targets
- Proven success in leading a small team
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster with no late nights
- A passion for Visual Merchandising and strong stock logistic skills as this is an outlet environment
