**Women's Fashion Store Manager - Belconnen
**Our client is looking for their new Store Manager for their boutique store in Belconnen. With a loyal customer base, you will love creating outfits with them for their lifestyle needs.

To support your commencement with this brand, they will provide you with a $250 clothing allocation to ensure you look and feel your best.

**Base salary from $55K**
**Every Second weekend off**
**Seasonal Collections and trusted staples to outfit your loyal customer base.**

As a retail manager, you wear many hats, and these include; _Team Leader_ as you drive and develop a team of retail professionals._ Admin and operations manager_ as you run a tight ship and keep costs under control, keep accurate account of your stock and know your numbers and your business. As well as the _creative and visual manager_ where you have overall creative control of your store, working with company standards and supplier guidelines to ensure you stores is looking and "selling its self" in the best possible light.

You will be working for a reputable, high quality and fashion conscious company with a real down to earth view to running their business. Feel valued in your role, receive constant support from a highly experienced Regional Manager, who will coach and develop you to ensure your success.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Retail leadershipt experience ideally within the fashion sectors
- Team leadership of at least 4 - 5 direct reports
- A strong working understanding of KPI's and their role in a successful store
- A high level of personal presentation and grooming standards
- Solid retail business acumen with the financial and numbers store ops.
