**About the role**:

As the Team Lead, you will foster a culture of innovation, accountability and high performance in your team with a focus on superior customer service. Your team will support our customers through day-to-day maintenance and support of the network environment, core network upgrades and projects, by monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.

**Some of the key things you’ll do**:

- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers by providing guidance and support.
- Responsible for the overall network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, other network devices.
- Manage network-related projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are maintained and followed to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure that every interaction with the customer is a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, provide technical solutions and drive opportunities for continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in network engineering, within a leadership or team management role.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior Managed Services / Cloud background.
- Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
