We have an exciting opportunity for a customer experience advisor to join the team at Swinburne Edge. This position is accountable for the customer experience of Swinburne Edge customers and students, therefore a dedication to providing outstanding customer service is critical to this role.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Assist in the implementation of processes to meet customer needs in accordance with service standards.
- Have a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to better understand, anticipate and meet their current and future needs in accordance with organisational expectations and legislative requirements.
- Proactively respond to customer enquiries; provide clear advice and options, as well as providing resolutions for enquiries, in a timely manner directed to customer needs.
- Manage effective and accurate student administration processing (e.g. enrolments, amendments, withdrawals), fee calculations and processing (cashiering), provision of University documentation and generation of documents liaising with colleagues in other departments to ensure that the customer’s experience is seamless

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or a combination of relevant experience and education training
