This celebrated brand drives authenticity through embracing the unique and diverse spirit in their team - they encourage their team to show up as their authentic selves.

The In Store Artisan will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring customers through artistic customization While working in-store and in the field on tours as required - you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
- Co-create special and unique items
- Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
- Travel to tour events as needed
- Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

**Qualifications**:

- An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling etc)
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
