The In Store Artisan will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring customers through artistic customization While working in-store and in the field on tours as required - you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

• Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an instore experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Cocreate special and unique items
• Proactively stay informed and uptodate on product information.
• Travel to tour events as needed
• Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or cocreating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

• An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling etc)
• Selfmotivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
