We are currently seeking Workers Compensation superstars to use their expertise in return-to-work processes in a Health and Wellbeing Advisor role

This role is based in Parramatta and work from home flexibility is encouraged (hybrid work model).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for delivering case management services for a portfolio of workplace injuries (low to high risk depending on team) and non-work related health conditions in accordance with the workers compensation legislation and departmental policy
- The role will provide early intervention and return to work services to support the early and safe return to the workplace following injury or illness focused on minimising the impact to business operations
- Take ownership of complete end-to-end case management duties, ensuring effective solutions for all parties where possible
- Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients and stakeholders across the organisation
- Work in-line with internal policy and process
- Collaborate with other team members to offer guidance and advice
- Manage a caseload of between 60 - 80 claims depending on team
- Act as a true Consultant across stakeholders, third parties and customers

**You will need to**:

- Experience in a workers compensation/return-to-work role is essential, ideally at a mid-senior level
- Experience in the Government sector would be beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills with proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of policies and processes surrounding return-to-work and workers compensation claims is essential
- Bonus points if you have completed SIRA training
