**About the role**

The Clinical Lead -Social Work will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical integrity and fidelity for Social Work across all Autism SA services. The position will use a clinical focus to support the multi-disciplinary teams to provide evidence-informed and outcomes-based Social Work supports for clients engaged in all services. The position will also lead safeguarding practice across the whole business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Membership or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Demonstrated experience in consultancy in the field of disabilities and working collaboratively with families and services providers.
- Experience working directly with autistic people and knowledge of a wide range of assessment and intervention options.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module "Quality, Safety and You".
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check
- All mandated doses of COVID-19 vaccinations
