**About the Role**

The Mobile Case Manager supports the Claims team from Eligibility to 130 weeks. On client site focus supporting injured workers and employers in their return to work strategies.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- The ability to gather information from a range of stakeholders to develop
effective case management strategies
- Valid Victorian Drivers License
- Experience in preparing and attending claims reviews and clinical case
conferences to effectively facilitate outcomes
- Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail
- Advanced organisational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and perseverance
- Strong customer service ethic
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Initiative and an innovative approach to case management

**Required Expertise**
- Claims management experience in the Victorian workers’ compensation scheme, ideally in return to work case management, Allied Health background in Nursing, Physio or Occupational Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures,
including the forms of treatment applicable to injuries
- Strong working knowledge of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and
associated regulations
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ACCtion and Novus
