**About the role**:
Our client seeks a customer focused Logistics Administrator who enjoys a varied role within a small manufacturing plant based in the South East commencing as soon as possible. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsibilities include order management, logistics, and invoicing.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responding to customer enquiries, creating sales orders, invoicing, generating POs for materials & supplies, data processing and various admin support.
- Maximising efficiencies with freight forwarding, pallet management & process improvements.
- Assist with maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with all areas of the business regarding product availability, timeframes, ensuring delivery dates are met.
- General admin tasks
- Support the business, ensuring compliance with all company policies & procedures.

**Experience & Qualifications you will bring**:

- Previous experience working in an Logistics/Operations Administration role within manufacturing/production
- Proficient user MS Office, advanced excel skills, MYOB
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Detail orientated
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills
