**Why do we need you?**

The People & Culture Systems and Data Officer supports the delivery of People and Culture (P&C) initiatives and services by assisting the organisation to better establish and grow our people metrics, insights and reporting function.

The key responsibilities of P&C Systems & Data Officer are:

- Maintaining, creating and improving People & Culture reporting through the effective use of P&C information systems and data management
- Extracting and connecting data from multiple sources and systems for P&C reporting purposes
- Data entry and maintenance of HRIS records, to ensure integrity of data and governance controls.
- Providing P&C system administrative support
- Supporting the implementation and roll out of new P&C systems and/or enhancements to current system.

**About You**

As a People and Culture Systems and Data Officer your key responsibilities/qualifications and skills determining the key selection criteria comprise of but not limited to:

- Have proven experience in the development, preparation and presentation of reporting and business intelligence, ideally in the HR and people space.
- Be inquisitive and engaging in your approach to building business requirements with business users and confidently be able to translate these into technical reporting solutions.
- Possess advanced skills in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to pull and connect data from multiple sources and systems for reporting purposes.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain excellent collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, in particular the P&C, IT and Finance teams.
- Demonstrate proactive problem solving and the ability to set and achieve goals.
- Maintain a high attention to detail.
