About the role

We are looking for an Operations Officer to provide operational capacity to the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will support the day to day operations while taking part in projects including the implementation of a new Client Management Platform.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- **Providing administrative support to Operations Manager and operations team**:

- **Support Operations Manager with reporting as required**:

- **Maintain current and accurate database of participant and provider enquiries**:

- **Support data entry for migration of information to new systems as required**:

- **Follow-up of outstanding invoices**:

- **High level of customer service support to our clients and staff**

**You will be part of our friendly team based in our Head Office at Subiaco. This is a part time role at 0.6 FTE (3 days a week). We offer free onsite parking.**

**To be successful in this role**
- **You will have completed Year 12 or at least 2 years’ experience in an operations or administration role**:

- **High level of customer service with excellent interpersonal manner**:

- **Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement - internal and external**:

- **Excellent organizational and communication skills**:

- **Team player able to work with team members at multiple sites**:

- **Self-motivated, flexible and friendly**:

- **High level of attention to detail**:

- **Openness to receive feedback and guidance**:

- **Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite**

**Desirable**
- **Experience working in the health sector**:

- **Knowledge in NDIS systems and billing policies**:

- **Experience in reception and/or clerical roles involving customer interaction**:

- **Experience using client information databases (CRM)**
