Due to significant growth across the business, we are seeking an
**Inventory and Procurement Coordinator** to join our team based in Canning Vale, WA.

**About You**
- Knowledge and expertise in lean methodology and practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize duties appropriately
- Demonstrated experience in a coordinator role, supervising a small team
- Proficient in using SAP Material Management
- Significant experience within a similar work industry in a service delivery company
- Strong accountability for delivery and communicates status of tasks in a timely manner

**About the Role**
- Owner of IAS materials and stock management for internal and external projects, incl. project work, maintenance, internal engineering or tool builds
- Development and implementation of IAS warehousing and storage systems, and the process / procedures to maintain the system
- Assistance in developing, and ownership of inventory management and tracking system for internal stock, and the integration of it with project stock
- Ownership and executor of supplier management processes and procedures, including supplier assessment and register of approved suppliers
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement (using LEAN methodology)
- Adhere to, promote and enhance the IAS’s OHS culture
