Well established and highly regarded non for profit organisation located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Reception / Administration superstar to manage all aspects of a busy reception area and complete various administrative tasks. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a friendly and successful team and expand your skill base.

**Your role**:

- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting visitors and assisting with client enquiries
- Receipting incoming money and managing petty cash
- Typing company documents
- Managing meeting rooms
- Assisting with functions including mailouts and catering
- Providing administration back up to Clinical Administration Officers
- Providing support when required by the OH&S Officer
- Monitoring of office supplies and stationery
- Ad hoc administration duties as required

**About you**:

- Professional telephone manner
- Customer service focused with a calm and caring approach
- Accurate with a high-level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Punctual and reliable
- A quick learner with ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Client records management and medical terminology advantageous
- Driver’s licence

**Days**: Tuesday - Friday

**Hours**:8.30am - 5pm

**Dates required**:4 March 2024 - 6 Jan 2025

**Salary**:$30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
