**In this role, you'll**:
Manage the customer experience through planned events and works, unplanned incidents and seasonal operations to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operational management of the transport network in regional and outer metropolitan NSW.

Based in Newcastle, this role works closely with project teams to provide advice in managing major impacts on traffic in the area, proactively identify and manage risks and work to ensure mínimal impacts on our customers

**About you**

You are based in the Newcastle area and hold relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in transport network planning and/or management and operations.

You hold a current motor vehicle driver's license, possess strong stakeholder relationship skills, you are a strong problem solver and are able to effectively work with many parties to achieve solutions that work for all involved.
