**Your New Opportunity**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Office & Accounts Administrator** to join our Cleanaway ResourceCo team. Reporting to the **Finance Manager** at our Wetherill Park site, this role will allow you, not only develop your accounts abilities but also break up your day with office administration tasks.

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Raising POs and entering supplier Invoices into ERP (Business Central) system
- Processing weekly payroll and timesheet management
- Regular reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Processing weekly payroll and timesheet management

- General office administration roles
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Lead from the front in a hands-on manner as drive positive engagement will all employees in the business
- Supporting a highly functioning team by promoting a hands-on, people-focused, and inclusive approach to workplace culture and collaborative work styles

**About you**:
The role will suit an organised, driven and energetic person with demonstrated experience in both accounts and office administration. Your ability to manage multiple managers requests, office management and accounts deadlines will drive your day-to-day focus.
- Tertiary education in accounts or relativity industry is desirable
- Proven work experience in both administration and accounts role
- Strong people leader qualities including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong computer literacy skills, including an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and an understanding of financial systems preferably Microsoft Business Central
- Self-motivated, and have ability to work both autonomously and collaborativel
