Administration Officer

**SEQ Electrical Contractors **work in the electrical, renewable energy and telecommunications industries. We are a Brisbane based company with work predominantly in the South East Queensland Region and are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administration Officer.
**Administration Duties**
- Project administration duties for NBN and Solar projects.
- Central contact for internal and external telephone and electronic enquiries.
- Proficient computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Entering and maintain job information into company system.
- Scheduling with customers over the phone and dispatching jobs to field staff.
- Support liaison with clients as required to ensure they are kept informed regarding job planning and scheduling to maintain positive long-term client relationships.
- Ensuring office procedures are followed.
- Enter data into required portals related to all current service/contract agreements.
- Closing out and submitting any outstanding jobs in appropriate timeframes.
- Chasing up internal and external staff for outstanding works.
- Consistently deliver outcomes that exceed customer’s expectations.
- Your responsibilities also extend to any tasks outlined on your duties, or any other tasks delegated to you by your manager/supervisor.
- Provide office support to the team when necessary.
**This role will require**:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to manage a workload with changing priorities.
- Committed work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- A keen interest to learn new skills.
This position is available to commence immediately.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
