WANTIRNA LOCATION
- Previous Customer Service Experience Necessary
- Hours: Full Time | Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:45pm
- $60K-$65K per annum

Our client has been in the lighting industry for over 33 years, distributing lamps, light fittings and lighting accessories to Wholesalers & Retailers who distribute to Electricians, Architects and Lighting Designers across Australia.

We are looking for 2 highly capable all-rounders to fill customer service positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering detailed questions and service questions
- Identifying and successfully fulfilling customer needs
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Generating quotes, orders & sales returns
- Making detailed notes & maintain record kept in our CRM
- A range of administration duties as required
- Active, have friendly attitude & ability to multi-task
- Efficiency taking messages
- Well spoken and professional phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Outstanding computer skills
- Ability to work well in a group
- Lighting experience preferred

You will have experience working in a professional services environment with previous Customer Service Experience.

You will enjoy working as part of a team environment where your reliable, flexible and pro-active approach will see you being an integral part of our team.
