**About Our Client**:
My client is a small B2B SaaS company focusing on workplace management software solutions. They have established an excellent Product Market Fit and reputation and, as a result, are a highly regarded product in their space. Whilst small, they have experienced growth across the mid-market and enterprise customers and have a high-quality established team. They are PE-backed and ready to scale. Their existing customer base is in Australia and overseas.

The CEO will lead the business, driving growth onshore and offshore. The CEO will have a broad range of leadership responsibilities across sales operations, Product, and marketing. You will drive the strategy and execution required to scale the business efficiently, with full P&L responsibility, overseeing all operations. You will inspire, coach and support a growing team of 25 +

**The Successful Applicant**:
You will have extensive experience working in growing B2B SaaS companies with a solid understanding of the operational metrics required to scale a business. You will have a track record in leading and scaling outbound Sales processes and teams across multiple segments (SME and mid-market enterprise), ideally in multiple regions.
