**The Centre**

Our client is a highly regarded small, community run, not for profit Centre in Melbourne's northern suburbs. This service which prides itself on engaging with the local community and providing a safe and fun learning environment for the children in their care. The welfare of the children is at the core of this services' values which has enabled them to have very low staff turnover. This in turn has enabled them to provide a supportive environment to their educators as well as offering a stable learning environment for the children within the service.

**The Opportunity**

You will be supported by assistant educators in the room, working for a service always above ratio This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an extremely supportive centre where you will receive training and development and coaching from an experienced director.

- Strong communication
- Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Colleagues
- Right to work in Australia.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Cert 3 in Children Service or a Diploma of Children Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
- WWCC
