Based in a spectacular office within Perth’s CBD, they are now seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their expanding team and provide support to the Commercial Property Managers.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Tenant and client liaison
- Supporting financial reporting on the portfolio
- Invoicing and accounts
- Coordinating maintenance
- Leasing administration
- Rent reviews
- Compliance administration
- General administration support
- IT support
