Experienced and meticulous workplace investigator for regular short term contracts across a wide range of workplace settings.

**Successful applicants will have the following**:
1. Minimum Cert III Investigative Services or similar (Cert IV in Govt Investigations an advantage)

2. Minimum 1 year experience conducting HR misconduct investigations

3. Direct experience conducting workplace bullying and harassment investigations is preferred

4. Private Investigators license holders are preferred

5. Must have own ABN

1. Excellent attention to detail

2. A strong ethical compass and value integrity

3. A commitment to self-employment and ad hoc contract work for the medium to long term

4. Excellent communication skills both written and oral

5. Strong experience writing complex reports

6. Strong experience conducting misconduct interviews

7. Excellent spelling and grammar

8. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

9. Strong note taking ability

10. Ability to conduct in-depth analyses

11. Ability to handle complex and emotionally charged investigations
