**The Role**
**ASD4 & ASD5 Industry Program Officer**
The Industry Program Officer position is responsible for engaging and communicating with stakeholders to identify, respond to and provide advice on issues to progress ASD’s industry partnerships under REDSPICE and undertake the following tasks:

- interpret and provide advice within the strategic and international policy function based on legislation, policy and procedures
- build and sustain effective relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to REDSPICE
- support the ongoing administration and coordination of projects, including monitoring requirements, developing schedules and status updates, monitoring and reporting on the delivery of work packages, and communicating formally and informally on the project’s progress

**ASD6 & EL1 Industry Program Manager**
The Industry Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures regarding ASD’s industry partnership under REDSPICE and undertake a combination of the following tasks:

- actively manage key stakeholder relationships under REDSPICE and will need to identify and address stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to achieve outcomes
- as a project lead, be accountable for the outcomes of the work and the appropriate use of resources to produce and achieve outcomes
- build team capability through coaching, providing feedback and reviewing and developing the quality of work undertaken by junior staff

ASD is entering an exciting phase of growth, innovation and transformation. Our agency has committed to delivering REDSPICE, which is the most significant single investment in the Australian Signals Directorate’s 75 years.

The REDSPICE Transformation and Governance Branch within ASD is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of REDSPICE is coordinated and achieved in-line with best practice and efficiently as possible through the delivery of process innovation projects, change management programs and governance and strategic coordination support.
