- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills
- Experience with HVAC fundamentals and systems
- Knowledge and experience of Building Automation systems
- Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software ( i.e. Microsoft )
- Experience with PLC / Process software programming (desirable)
