**Job Title: Disability Support Worker (Immediate Start)**

Location:

- Narre Warren South, Victoria

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
- Foster independence and encourage the development of life skills.
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social outings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of support provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ Rainbow community, in accordance with participant requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $52.81 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
