Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Supervisor to join ServiceStream based within the northern Victoria region.
About the Role

ServiceStream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our growing company. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Construction of field activities to deliver the project.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Northern Victoria

Reporting Line: Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

Day to day requirements include:

- Excavation permit sign offs
- Scheduling and planning resource within your given area
- Safety audits and focus
- Collaboration with Engineering & completions teams to deliver the project.

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.

About You
- Previous experience within the telecommunications industry
- Possess expert technical knowledge and work practices
- Outstanding communications skills and the ability to interpret the meaning of complex procedures and policies
- The ability to be a resourceful self-starter
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
