Sales Manager

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the IT or F&B sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Australia as needed.
- Must be a resident of Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and market penetration in Australia.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including F&B businesses, to promote our POS and CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the Hong Kong office.
- Collaborate with the product development and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with local digital media agencies to promote the company and its products.
