**About the role**

Working within the Ammonium Nitrate Despatch team, you will be responsible for safely operating despatch systems within a multi-disciplined team. This role will ensure all routine operational work is completed to meet customer requirements which includes packaging, loading and despatching of solid ammonium nitrate.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Operating a forklift and/or front end loader to move product to designated areas.
- Managing plant breakdowns and identifying and implementing alternatives to avoid or minimise customer delays.
- Keeping plant, equipment and operational history up to date via the appropriate computer-based management systems.
- Prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in all practices.
- Carrying out all work in accordance with relevant environmental policies and procedures.

**Do you have the following skills and experience?**
- Previous experience in a packaging plant and/or experience dispatching bulk goods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, and take accountability for your work
- A current forklift license and/or front end loader license is desirable but not essential.
