**In this role, you'll**:
Be working as part of a team within the Natural Disaster Resilience Hub for the Regional and Outer Metropolitan Division (ROM) on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
With a flexible home location, this role will see you be responsible for the strategic management of timely and accurate advice for Ministerial and Parliamentary services and products including ministerial briefings, visits, speeches, correspondence and parliamentary products.
You will contribute to delivering set initiatives to embed reliance around ROM Branch.
Develop, lead and support the development of strategic and continuous improvement projects.
Manage responses for complex items, such as correspondence and divisional issues for briefings and other Ministerial requests.

**About you**
- You will be a strategic, proactive thinker who possesses a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions regarding ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You can produce results, presentations, special requests, first draft responses to the Division and deliver branch-wide reporting within tight time frames.
- You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills ensuring progress updates, risks and issues are communicated with relevant stakeholders.
- You will have good relationship skills and have the ability to multi-task and manage competing work priorities.
We are looking for a manager with demonstrated experience in TfNSW/ROM and ministerial correspondence requirements.
This role also requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality whilst handling critical and sensitive information.
