The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Project Officer, Membership Development to join the Membership, Events and Publications Department.

Develop and implement a diverse range of initiatives, projects and programs with a particular focus on improving gender equity and wellbeing for psychiatrists and those in training.

**This role has a specific focus to**:

- Deliver timely, responsive and relevant initiatives for all membership segments.
- Coordinate and implement deliverables that foster and increase member engagement and participation, improve satisfaction, improve gender equity, and support the health and wellbeing of members.
- Improve member knowledge and awareness of RANZCP activities, services and priorities through the development of targeted information and marketing to different member segments.
- Develop resources and communications linked to project activities including through social media and other channels.
- Write articles and other content aimed at members, including for newsletters, journals and the RANZCP website.
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers in relation to specific initiatives.
- Supporting the delivery of events, as required.
- Experience in a similar role, including project planning and coordination.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, harmoniously and
consultatively with other College staff, relevant committees and working
groups, and external agencies.
- Genuine commitment to providing high quality service and is dedicated
to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external
stakeholders.
