**About the Role**:
The role will see you supporting Councillors with requests from the Community and assisting the Governance Unit in undertaking tasks to meet the Local Government Act 2020.
Champion the Councillor Action Request System
Occupy the role of Council's Complaints Officer
Assist with the processing of FOI Requests and related information
**About you**:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
Commitment to providing high quality customer service;
Well-developed conceptual & analytic skills, including reporting and recording skills; and
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level or emotional intelligence.
