**Scope**
This is the perfect role for an experienced tech recruiter who wants to head internal and dip their toes further into the People & Culture pool, or a P&C professional from a technology industry background.
**What you’ll be responsible for**
- Talent Acquisition
- Representing RecordPoint and being a public face of our brand in the employment market
- Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Driving Social Media and Community Outreach campaigns to enhance employer brand
- Ensuring the RecordPoint graduate program is competitive and enticing
- Maintaining an exceptional onboarding experience for all new RecordPointers
- People & Culture Operations
- Accurately maintain employment records in HR System and Employee Files to ensure regular and compliant record keeping
- Assisting with HR project deliverables, such as but not limited to; employee benefits program, learning and training, employee engagement, and Workplace Health and Safety, to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of our employees
- Owns global facilities and global empolyee’s amenities
- Owns the workplace environment and employee experience
- Graduate & Internship Management & Coordination
- End-to-end program and lifecycle management for the Graduate & Internship program
- Graduate & Intern recruitment logistics and coordination
- Rotation facilitation & stakeholder management
- Managment of Graduates & Interns and coaching through program milestones
- Solicitation of feedback from teams and participants to fuel program iteration
- Manage our professional industry memberships and university partnerships, ensuring we are optimising our investment
**What you’ll do**
- Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling and conducting interviews
- Collect feedback from interviewers and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Support community outreach efforts by representing our company at events, job fairs, and networking events
- Develop and maintain relationships with local universities, coding schools, and other educational institutions to source top talent
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and execute brand recognition initiatives, including social media campaigns, content creation, and employer branding activities
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve hiring goals
- Collaborate with Department heads to develop and coordinate onboarding and training plans for new hires
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong understanding of various sourcing strategies and recruiting tools
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
