**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a **full-time** **Tender/** **Contract Presenter **to prepare and present tender & building contract documents to our customers, based at our **Adelaide **office.

It’s a pivotal role focussing on working with new home customers, with the aim of converting new sales into signed building contracts. It involves presenting design drawings and pricing to customers excited about embarking on a new home building journey with one of Australia’s best and longest established builders. This is the moment when dreams of new home ownership start to take shape with the all important documentation. Technology has advanced in recent times so most of our signings take place using online signing software such as DocuSign. Occasional face to face appointments take place, along with some Zoom meetings. Technical aspects of the documentation are prepared by our designers, estimators and engineers.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

- Presenting tenders (designs & pricing) to customers for sign off.
- Preparing building contracts using Housing Industry Association (HIA) software and presenting to customers for sign off.
- Issuing documentation through DocuSign.
- Resolving customer questions regarding the design, the pricing and the contract.
- Liaising with the office team to raise & process variations where applicable.
- Scheduling customer bookings.
- Following up with customers to achieve signing targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication to a diverse range of people, ensuring that every experience is a positive one.
- Negotiating positive outcomes to resolve hurdles.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Knowledge of the home building process and familiarity with associated documentation.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Prior knowledge and experience of building contracts in SA.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Intermediate/advanced administrative and computer literacy skills - MS Office / Framework building software.
- A positive attitude, a ‘can do’ approach and be self-motivated to achieve results.
- Effective communication, negotiation and consultation skills.

Experience in a similar role in the domestic, commercial, or property industries would be highly regarded.
