Our team is dedicated to providing an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team.

**Job Description**:
As the Bar Supervisor at Alma Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our bar operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing the bar staff, maintaining beverage quality and consistency, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and leading the bar team, including bartenders and barbacks, to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and other beverages, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Developing and implementing bar policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service practices and safety protocols.
- Training and coaching staff on beverage preparation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop promotional activities, events, and special promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage operations, including cocktail preparation, wine service, and beer selection.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting principles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- TIPS or equivalent certification for responsible alcohol service is preferred.
