Play your part in supporting the work of our Recovery Services which helps participants overcome addiction. The volunteer Driver Mount Tamborine, has a vital role in transporting participants to and from appointments and activities. Just a few hours a week will make all the difference

A typical day for our Drivers is to safely transport clients to and from our Gold Coast assessment and intake centre to our peaceful Tamborine Mountain Withdrawal Unit. Drivers are also responsible to ensure the supplied vehicle is clean and safe and is always sufficiently fuelled ready for the next journey.

Mandatory Requirements Of The Role
- Complete the TSA mission volunteer induction, training and registration process
- Complete integrity checks as required by TSA - a National Police check and WWCC/Blue Card will be required for the role. TSA is a ChildSafe workplace
- Current C Class driver’s licence applicable to vehicle type 12-seater
- Current LR class driver’s license applicable to vehicle type 14-seater
- Good driving history (supported by a Traffic History Report)

Roster & Time Commitment
- Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 4pm as arranged with the Line Manager
- Please advise your availability in your expression of interest.
