**The Role**
- Client relationship focussed, delivering a high level of customer service and relationship building
- Management of a residential portfolio of up to 110 x properties
- Work with a dedicated assistant property manager who supports routines, maintenance, and administration
- Shared leasing consultant for all home opens and signups
- Attend Final Bond Inspections and PCR updates as they go hand in hand
- Arrears and tribunal management *as and where necessary*
- Conduct lease and rent reviews

**About You**
- **Approx 12 x months experience in Property Management**:

- Valid Real estate registration & driving license
- A team player attitude and accountability
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Strong and dedicated work ethic
- Trustworthy and reliable
- High attention to detail & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with negotiation skills
